Engagement terms
How the scope of a session, service, or product is agreed before work begins.

Inquiry and proposal
You may submit a request through the contact page or book a session in the linked calendars. Before accepting an engagement, you will know the service or product description, deliverables, schedule, total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, and terms for changes or cancellation.
Confirmation
An inquiry is not an order. The engagement is concluded according to the proposal or specific terms accepted by the parties. When an advance payment is required, execution begins after payment is verified through the relevant channel. Keep the proposal and any proof of payment.
Sessions and services
The duration shown in the calendar is the reserved time. Documentation, additional work, travel, or specialist involvement is included only if it appears in the accepted scope. Changes to scope, date, or deliverables are agreed in writing.
Payments and security
Payment links, when available for a specific offering, lead to an identified external processor. This site does not request or retain full card numbers. A processor return screen does not replace payment validation. If you do not see a payment link for a product, use an inquiry or the calendar; do not send card data through forms, email, or WhatsApp.
Support
Write to contacto@jasbaigorria.com with the service name and your proposal or payment reference to resolve questions before or after an engagement. Applicable consumer protection rules prevail over any incompatible specific term.
