Advance description
Each sales listing must identify the format, included content, technical requirements, price, currency, access method, and support. The cover or general description does not replace those terms. If the listing has no purchase link, check availability before making any payment.
Delivery and access
The delivery method and timing are stated in the specific terms accepted for each product. If there is an access problem, notify the stated support channel or write to contacto@jasbaigorria.com with the receipt and purchase reference. Never include a password or card data in the message.
Permitted use
Unless expressly authorized, purchase grants personal access to the content and does not transfer copyright, commercial exploitation rights, or permission to distribute copies. Specific licenses may establish additional uses.
Issues and refunds
We review delivery, access, duplication, or discrepancy issues against the purchase terms and consumer rights. Consult the cancellation and refund policy or use the Complaints Book where appropriate.
