Privacy Policy
We explain what data we receive, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Responsible party and contact
JAS BAIGORRIA, with its legal address in Chiclayo, is the channel responsible for this site's forms. For questions about data processing or to exercise your rights, write to contacto@jasbaigorria.com. If a service is contracted with a provider identified in a proposal, that proposal will specify its details and responsibilities.
Data you provide
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, role, country, email, telephone number, service of interest, optional budget, and message. Editorial lists collect your name and/or email and subscription choice. The Complaints Book also requires an identity document, address where applicable, the good or service, a description of the incident, your request, and any files you attach. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive data.
Purposes and choice
We use contact data to handle your request, respond, and follow up on a possible proposal. We manage bookings in the calendar you choose to access. Complaints are registered, retained, and handled according to legal obligations. We send editorial or launch updates only when you subscribe for that purpose; you can request to unsubscribe by email. Handling a complaint is not conditional on accepting advertising.
Providers and transfers
The site uses technical hosting and storage infrastructure to process forms and attachments. If you choose to open the calendar, WhatsApp, or a sales platform, that service provider receives the data you share there and applies its own policy. A sales management integration will be used only when configured for the stated purposes and with appropriate security measures.
Retention and security
We retain requests and records for as long as needed to handle them, document the relationship, and comply with legal obligations; afterward, they are deleted or anonymized where appropriate. We apply dashboard access controls, input validation, and attachment restrictions. No system offers absolute security; report any incident to our contact email.
Your rights
You may request information, access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent where applicable. State the right you wish to exercise and a way to verify your identity; we will respond within the time limits of applicable regulations. You may also contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
Minors and updates
Professional services are intended for people legally capable of contracting them. If a minor registers a complaint, their data must be provided by their representative where applicable. We will publish any significant changes on this page and respect consent choices already recorded.
